DESCRIPTION:
Variable Fields are flexible, user-definable attributes that let you tag Jobs and related transactions with extra business-specific information (e.g., Season, Department, Category, Class). They power fast searching, filtering, and reporting throughout Sync and B2B.
USES:

IMPORTANT RULES:
- Once an option is used in any job, it cannot be deleted, only deactivated.
- Permissions: users need “Modify Variable Field Lookup Values” to add, edit or deactivate options.
