This article outlines how a user can add and edit the variable fields in Sync. 

 

FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:

 

  1. Click on the 'File' and open the 'Admin Portal'.
  2. Click on 'Lookups' 
  3. Click on 'Variable Fields'.
  4. To mark a variable field as active, click the 'Active' checkbox
  5. To mark a variable field as inactive, uncheck the 'Active' checkbox


Note:


Variable Fields default to Season, Department, Category, and Class in Sync.
Users will need to have the 'Modify Variable Field Lookup Values' permission in Sync.
