This is a guide to the business rules govern the modification of uploaded images and how they appear in Sync ERP and Sync B2B.

| Width Constraint | Sets the maximum width (in pixels) that uploaded images will be resized to. If not set, the width will be calculated automatically based on the image height setting above, so the image doesn't appear stretched or squashed. | Maintain height/width ratio |

| JPEQ Quality | Controls how much an image is compressed when saved. A higher number means better image quality but a larger file size. A lower number means smaller files but the image may look less sharp. | 75% |
| Compression Threshold | Sets a minimum file size (in kilobytes). Only images larger than this size — after resizing — will have compression applied. This is useful if you want to leave small images untouched and only compress larger ones. | All images compressed |
NB: Images are first resized to the height/width you've configured, then compression is applied — either to all images, or only to those exceeding your threshold file size.
