11. Click Yes to confirm adding of Sub Costings (Size lines will automatically be created for the current size curve of the job)

12. For each size choose the correct Sized trim in the Cost Sub Type column (i.e. ZIP 60cm)

13. Specify units required per size

14. Specify unit cost per size

* Average units & cost will apply automatically to the Generic BOM line

Notes:

- Sub costings will only be visible in the Sub Costing editing window and not in the main BOM

- The Job BOM will show an average unit & cost for line items that have Sub Costings

- Reporting will be amended to use actual sub costings and not the average displayed in the BOM

- ALL trims by size need to have their own Cost Sub Type set up in Sync admin library

- Sub Costing lines will auto generate for all sizes indicated on the job product when sub costing is activated

- If sizes are added/ edited/ deleted on the job product after sub costings, the BOM line will need to be deleted and readded

- When creating PO’s the sized trims will be grouped by Cost sub type code and then unit cost (Image 2)

- Removing Sub costing from your generic BOM cost line will delete record of previous sub costing
