PURPOSE

To define and manage a specific period during which a Stock Take is conducted.

FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:

 

1. Click 'Admin Portal’

2. Click ‘Lookups’

3. Click ‘Stock Takes’

4. Click on the ‘Add’ Icon

5. Capture the following required fields:

- Description

- Start Date

6. Click ‘Close’

 

ADDITIONAL NOTES

It is recommended to communicate stock take dates to all relevant users in advance.
