Costsheet Templates:


These are user created templates that can be duplicated repeatedly to create new cost sheets and jobs with similar details. Below are a list of fields that can be added to a template, some of which are then copied across when duplicating the template. 


Template fields:

  • Description: Description of job which is copied when duplicating template. Is a required field.
  • Due From: Due start date of job. Is not required and is not copied when duplicating template.
  • Due To: Due end date of job. Is required but is not copied when duplicating template.
  • Production Date: Production date of job. Is not required and is not copied when duplicating template.
  • PO#: PO number of job. Is not required and is not copied when duplicating template.
  • Division: Name of division set for job. Is required and is copied when duplicating template. 
  • Range: Name of range set for job. Is required and is copied when duplicating template. 
  • Department: Name of department set for job. Is required and is copied when duplicating template. 
  • Brand: Name of brand set for job. Is required and is copied when duplicating template. 
  • Buyer: Name of buyer set for job. Is required and is copied when duplicating template. 
  • Style: Style number of job. Is required and is copied when duplicating template. 
  • Size Template: Template of size curve for products in job. Is not required and is not copied when duplicating template.
  • Customer: By default is set to multiple customers. Can be set to single customer. Is not required and is not copied when duplicating template.
  • Process: Critical path process flow for job. Is not required and is not copied when duplicating template. 


Important Notes:

  • While marked as a template, a cost sheet is locked to prevent edit. To edit template, must first unmark job as template, make edits, then mark as template again.
  • Any job images loaded on the template will be copied to new cost sheet when duplicating template. 
  • Any documents loaded on the template will be not copied to new cost sheet when duplicating template.
  • Any job products loaded on the template will be copied to new cost sheet when duplicating template.
  • Values of custom fields set on the template will only be copied to new cost sheet when duplicating template if the custom field has been configured to copy in Sync Admin.
