The article outlines the steps how to create a batch direct transfer. (Please note that access to this feature is based on your role permissions if you require access please log a support ticket)  

 

FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:

 

1. Click new->Product transfers-> batch direct transfer

2. Select all required direct transfer filters

3. Select iteration mode:

  • Single - displays jobs only exact Style, colour, product type size combination matches.
  • Multi - displays jobs where there are mutiple Style- Colour - Product Type and Size matches .
  • Latest-  transfer of ALL stock from ALL jobs for a paricular style to the latest/most recent job for the same style. 

4. Select which unit value will be used for the transfer either SOH units or Immediate units.

5. Click search to find all applicable jobs based on your filters and mode selections.

6. Click the check boxes on the left to select all sizes/ styles you would like to include in this batch transfer

7.Click process to complete the direct transfers.
