The article outlines the steps to mark a colour as active or inactive in Sync admin.
Role permission is required to be able to add or edit colours
Marking a colour as inactive will result in that colour no longer being available to add into NEW cost details/ products or logos going forward.
FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
1. Navigate to Admin -> Lookups -> Colours
2. Search for / find the colour
3. Click in the active column to check or uncheck the Active box
Bulk mark colours as Active or Inactive
4. Use CTRL or SHIFT on your keyboard to Multi select colours
5. Right click the select Edit Values
5. Check or uncheck the active flag
If the business rule is set to true for preventing colour changes where products have a UPC- you will receive an error when trying to edit.
