This article outlines the steps required to delete or duplicate a line item on an ASN in Sync. These functions allow users to quickly correct data or replicate similar entries without manual re-entry.
PURPOSE
To enable users to efficiently manage line items on an ASN by removing incorrect entries or duplicating existing lines for ease of editing.

FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
To Delete:
1. Within the ASN, Click on the Line to be deleted
2. Click on ‘Delete’
To Duplicate:
1. Within the ASN, Click on the Line to be duplicated
2. Click on ‘Duplicate’
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Duplicated lines will retain all original data, edit the duplicated line to avoid confusion.
Deletion is immediate so ensure the correct line is selected before clicking ‘Delete’.
Use the “Accept” button to save any changes made after deleting or duplicating lines.
