This article outlines the steps required to edit an Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) in Sync. This feature allows users to track shipments before they physically arrive.
PURPOSE
To enable users to amend an ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) before the material stock physically arrives at the warehouse.

- Enables timely corrections before physical delivery
- Improves inbound logistics tracking and coordination
FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
1. Click on ‘Search’
2. Select ‘Stock ASN’
3. Enter the Stock ASN Number or relevant search criteria
4. Click ‘Search’
5. Click ‘Select’
6. If Required edit the following fields
- Warehouse
- Delivery Note
- Description
- Comment
- Units
- Piece Number
- Weight
- Width
- Location
If you are amending without delivering the ASN, Click ‘Accept’ or if you are updating to ‘Deliver’, Click ‘Deliver’

To proceed with delivering the ASN, refer to the related FAQ via the following link: (Insert FAQ link here)
Ensure edits are complete and correct before clicking ‘Deliver’, as delivery will finalize the entry.
