This article outlines the steps to generate the ‘Credit’ Report. Once a Finished Goods Credit Note is created, the system allows you to generate and share the Credit Note Report. This report can be printed, emailed, or exported for customer communication and internal record keeping.

 

PURPOSE

To enable users to view, print, email, or export a copy of the Finished Goods Credit Note for distribution to the customer.

FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:

 

1. From within ‘Navigation’ click on ‘Search’

2. Select ‘Credit Notes’

3. Apply filters e.g. Customers or Credit Note#

4. Capture a search criteria e.g. Credit Note#

- You may also add additional search criteria by using the ‘Advanced Search’ function

5. Click Search 

6. Click ‘Select’ to Open the Credit Note

7. Click ‘Print Preview’

8. If required adjust the Margins, Orientation and Size

9. Click, Email, Print, Quick Print, 

 

ADDITIONAL INFO

Print: Sends the invoice to a printer

Email: Opens your default email client with the invoice attached as a PDF

Export: Saves the report as a PDF

Quick Export / Quick Email: Instantly export or email the invoice in formats such as:

  • DOCX
  • XLS / XLSX
  • CSV
