The article outlines the steps to generate the ‘Sales Order Confirmation Report’. Once a Sales Order is created, the customer may require a Sales Order Confirmation, Quotation or a Proforma Invoice. This function enables the user to generate any of the above via the ‘Print Function’ from within the Sales Order
PURPOSE
To enable users to print out a copy of the Sales Order that was captured on Sync and send to their customer as a confirmation of the order being placed.

FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
1. From within ‘Navigation’ click on ‘Search’
2. Select ‘Sales Orders’
3. Within the ‘Search Sales Orders’ Window, apply relevant search filters
4. Capture a search criteria.
- You may also add additional search criteria by using the ‘Advanced Search’ function
5. Click Search
6. Click Select
7. Within the ‘Sales Order’ window, Click on ‘Print’
8. Click, Print, Email or Export

Print: Sends the report to a connected printer
Email: Attaches the report as a PDF and opens your email client
Export: Saves the PDF version to your local machine
