This article outlines the steps to edit values on one or more Sales Orders using the Navigation section in Sync. This function allows for batch updates to delivery dates and selling prices across multiple orders when those values are the same.
PURPOSE
The Edit Values function enables users to batch edit the following fields on selected Sales Orders:
- Delivery Date
- Delivery End Date
- Selling Price
This is particularly useful when these details are consistent across multiple orders.

FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
1. From Navigation, Click on ‘Sales’
2. Click on ‘Sales Orders’
3. Within the ‘Sales Order’ Window, apply filters e.g. Order Type, Status, Category, Customer
4. Select a Search Criteria e.g. Sales#
5. Capture a Search Criteria
6. If applicable, click on the ‘Advanced Filter Mode’
7. Select an additional Search Criteria
8. Click ‘Search’
9. Right Click on the Sales Order/s and Select ‘Edit Values’
10. Within the ‘Editing Window’, complete the following
- Delivery
- Delivery End
- Selling Price
11. Click ‘Ok’
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Role-Based Permissions control whether a user can edit sales orders. Ensure appropriate access is granted.
Sales Orders must be in an ‘Editing’ Status to make any amendments
