To enable users to search, view, and manage Sales Orders directly from the Navigation panel, where more robust filters and related options are available.

FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:

 

1. From Navigation, Click on ‘Sales’

2. Click on ‘Sales Orders’

3. Within the ‘Sales Order’ Window, apply filters e.g. Order Type, Status, Category, Customer

4. Select a Search Criteria e.g. Sales#

5. Capture a Search Criteria

6. If applicable, click on the ‘Advanced Filter Mode’

7. Select an additional Search Criteria

8. Click ‘Search’

9. Double Click to Open Sales Order

 

ADDITIONAL NOTES

This section of Sync allows users to manage, track, and action Sales Orders from one consolidated interface.

You can edit, approve, issue, or print Sales Orders from this view depending on your access rights.
