This article outlines the steps to add CMT (Cut, Make & Trim) Operations to a Style from within the Product Costing module. This function works in conjunction with the Production Planner Module. A Job/Style must include the necessary CMT operations in order to be added to the planning board.
PURPOSE
To define and assign the production operations required for a style, ensuring accurate time allocation and enabling integration with the Production Planner.

FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
1. From withing ‘Product Costing’ search for the relevant Job/Style
2. Right Click on the Job/Style and Select, ‘Open Job’
3. Ensure the job is in an ‘Editing’ Status
4. Click on ‘CMT Operations’
5. Within the ‘Job CMT Operations’ Window, Click on ‘Add Operations
6. Within the ‘Search CMT Operations’ Window, Apply relevant filters e.g. Module, Template
7. Tick/Multi Select the operations that are required for the Job/Style
8. Click ‘Select’ or ‘Select All’ if all operations need to be added to the Job/Style
9. Within the ‘Job CMT Operations’ Window, multi select all the Operations
10. Click on ‘Allocate to Products’
11. Within the ‘Allocate to Job Products’ Window, tick the ‘Product’
12. Click ‘Accept’
13. Click ‘Close’ to close the ‘Job CMT Operations’ Window
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Ensure that each operation accurately reflects the actual process required for production.
Allocation of operations is essential for the style to appear on the Production Planning Board.
