This article outlines a clear, step-by-step process add an image to a Sub Type.
PURPOSE
To guide users in attaching relevant images to Sub-Types in the Cost Type Library, enabling visual identification and reference within Jobs/Styles.

FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
1. From within Admin, Click on ‘Cost Types’
2. Click on the ‘Cost Type’ you want to search for an item within and set as Inactive e.g. Fabric
3. If required apply filters and select a search criteria e.g. Description
4. Enter your search criteria in the search field
5. Click ‘Search’
6. Click on the ‘Pencil Icon’ to Edit the Sub-Type
7. Click on the ‘Add’ Icon within the Image Section
8. Within the ‘Open Window’, browse to image
9. Click ‘Open’
10. Click ‘Ok’ to Add
11. Click ‘Ok’ to Close the Sub-Type
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Make sure images are clear, relevant, and appropriately sized for system compatibility.
Common formats accepted include JPG, PNG, and BMP.
Once added, the image will automatically display in Jobs/Styles where this Sub-Type is used.
