The article outlines the steps required to refresh/update all sales order prices for a job.

This method will only apply the changes to unlocked sales orders and unlocked jobs.

It will assign the current price as per the job's pricing table for the currency the on that sales order (set customer by customer).


  1. Navigate to Product Costing.
  2. Highlight the job product line and click Details at the bottom of the page.
  3. Select the Sales Items tab.
  4. Click the Update Sales Order Prices button (as per the screenshot below).

A pop-up message will appear asking for confirmation of this action.

If you wish to proceed, click "Yes".


You may need to move the sales orders that need to be updated into an Editing or Unlocked status before making these changes. Only line items that are not locked will be updated.
