PURPOSE

To allow users to update or change the scheduled delivery date and time for a Stock Booking when delays or changes in shipment plans occur.

FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:

 

1. From the Sync Main Menu, Click on ‘Search’

2 Select ‘Stock Booking

3. Within the ‘Search Stock Booking’ Window, filter by Vendor

4. Capture the ‘Booking#’ or any other search criteria

5. Click ‘Search’

6. Select

7. Click on ‘Reschedule Booking’

8.Within the ‘Reschedule Booking’ Window, complete the following

- Warehouse

- Warehouse Door

- Booking Date

- Time Allocated

9. Click ‘Ok’

10. Click ‘Close’

 

ADDITIONAL INFO

Ensure the new date and time align with warehouse capacity and delivery schedules.
