FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
1. Right- click the column header you would like to group by.
2. Click Group by this column.
3. To ungroup the results right click the group by box and click clear grouping or click and drag the column name out of the group by box.
4. If the group by box is not displayed right-click a column header and select show group by box.
