This article outlines a clear, step-by-step process for creating a Finished Goods Picking Requisition using a Sales Order.
PURPOSE
This ensures timely and accurate order fulfilment and supports streamlined warehouse operations.

FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
1. From the Sync Homepage, Click on ‘New’
2. Select ‘Product Picking’
3. Select ‘Pick’
4. Select ‘By Sales Order’
5. Within the ‘Search Sales Order’ Window, search for and select the Sales Order to be picked
6. Within the ‘Warehouse Picker’ window, click on the warehouse to pick from.
- Note if only one warehouse this is auto selected in ‘Yellow’
7. Click on ’Auto allocate’
8. Click on ‘Pick All’
9. Click on ‘Create Picking Slip’
10. When prompted, Select ‘Yes or No’ to print Picking Slip
ADDITIONAL NOTES
If stock is unavailable for a particular size but you still wish to pick available sizes, ‘Click the ‘Breakline’ button before selecting Auto Allocate.
If you conduct a part pick and want to dispatch remaining units later, toggle ‘BOrd’ to create a backorder line item for the unfulfilled units.
