The article outlines the steps to reduce units on a pick ticket (Please note that this feature is permission controlled if you require access please log a support ticket)
FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
1. Search for and open the pick ticket you would like to reduce the units on by clicking Product Stock-> Unpicked/Picked
2. Click reduce Picked Units.
3. Enter the value you would like to reduce the units on the pick ticket to in the 'Reduce To' column
4. Click Accept.
