The article outlines the steps to create default rep commissions within the ‘Admin Portal’ of Sync.


1. From within the Sync Home Screen, click on the ‘File’ Icon

2. Select ‘Admin Portal’

3. Click on ‘Rep Codes’

4. Select the relevant rep code

5. Select the plus icon

6. Select the customer you are wanting to add a value for

7. Set the commission percentage per category

8. Set the discount percentage per category

9. Click 'OK'
