Taskline Template | A standard list of tasks (with durations) used for typical style workflows. |
Global Taskline Template | A taskline template used across multiple business divisions. |
Task Role | A generic role title (e.g., merchandiser) applied to users with similar functions. |
Task Team | A group (e.g., department) responsible for completing a set of style tasks. |
Team Role Allocation | Assigning specific users to task roles for each team (e.g., Charlotte for Ladies). |
Job Taskline | A customized taskline created for jobs. Based on a template but adjusted as needed. |
Assigned To | The user responsible for executing a task. |
Task Manager | A user who oversees the task’s completion (also notified of due dates). |
Duration | The number of working days after the previous task when a task must start (0 = same day). |
