The article outlines the steps to download TeamViewer to allow for remote desktop access for Sync support. 

 

FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:

 

1. From Sync Home Click on 'Help'

2. Click on 'TeamViewer' 

3. Wait for the download to complete then install from your downloads folder

4. Follow install prompts

5. Open TeamViewer once installed

6. Send the support consultant Your ID & password to enable secure connection

 

The 'TeamViewer' button in Sync ERP is only available from v7.4 or later.
Should you be prompted for 'Administrator' passwords during the install contact your internal IT department for assistance.
