FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
1. From Sync Home Click on 'Help'
2. Click on 'FAQs'
3. Search for a topic
4. Or scroll through available FAQ's
5. Click an article to open
6. Rate if you found the article helpful or not
7. Click print to save or print
8. Click through Menu to revert back to FAQ listings
9. View related articles in the right hand panel
The 'FAQs' button in Sync ERP is only available from v7.4 or later
