FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
1. From Sync Home click on 'Help' in the Home menu
2. Click on 'Log Ticket'
3. Click 'Check Ticket Status' on the support.syncplm web page that opens
4. View ticket listing and Status
5. Filter and sort as required
6. Hover and click on a ticket to open it
7. Click 'Export ticket' to export the full listing
8. Chose export options
9. Click Export
10. Open the file from your Downloads folder
You will only see tickets logged by you Unless you have been given permission to view all tickets for your Company. The 'Log Ticket' button in Sync ERP is only available from v7.4 or later.
