This article will provide instructions on cancelling multiple sales orders
FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
- From the Homepage enter the Batch Cancel window
- Select a reason for cancelling these Sales Orders from the menu
- Filter the Sales Orders by Delivery Date and/or Delivery End Date
- Select the Sales Orders to Cancel
- Accept The changes
