The article outlines the steps to reserve stock using the Batch Pick (Auto Allocation) process.

 

FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:

 

1. Navigate to Batch Pick: New → Product Picking → Pick → Batch Pick(Auto Allocation) 

2. Define Sales Order Search Parameters 

3. Select Customers to Include 

4. Search for and Select Sales Orders to Include. You can filter by Item Reference, Job Number, or other parameters if needed.

5. Define Picking Criteria as per regular picking process  i.e.

  • Adding break lines
  • Reserving all lines
  • Creating back orders

Additionally you are also able to cancel any fully unpicked order lines by toggling the cancel unpicked and selecting the corresponding cancelled order status.

6. Review Exclusions. This section displays any orders that could not be picked due to issues such as insufficient stock.

7. View Preview. Preview the orders and quantities that will be picked and reserved before final allocation.

8. Click Allocate Pick Tickets 
9. Print Pick Tickets
