This article outlines how the ‘Access Job QA’ Permission is used on Sync.
DESCRIPTION:
This permission allows a user to access the QA Module within Sync, enabling the following functionalities:
- Measurements – Add, edit, or view measurement specifications for a Style.
- Quality Audits – Conduct and review QA Audits within the system.
ACCESS CONTROL:
- With Permission: Users can fully access the QA Module, including Measurements and Quality Audits.
- Without Permission:
- Users cannot add, edit, or view Measurements within a Job/Style.
- Users cannot conduct QA Audits.
- Users can still access QA Specifications and QA Templates within the Sync Admin Portal.
IMPACT:
- Removing this permission limits a user’s ability to manage QA-related tasks within a Job/Style.
- Users requiring access to Measurement Specifications and QA Audits must have this permission enabled.
DEPENDENCIES AND CONSIDERATIONS:
- This permission should be granted to users responsible for quality assurance processes within the Sync system.
- Access should be aligned with role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure data security and workflow integrity.
