  • Viewing Cost Sheets
  • Accessing Jobs and associated product details
  • Searching for and retrieving Products within the system

 

ACCESS CONTROL:

 

With Permission: Users can open Job Products, view Cost Sheets, Jobs, and related Products.

Without Permission: Users cannot access Job Products, Cost Sheets, or Products.

 

IMPACT:

 

  • Removing this permission restricts a user from accessing critical job-related data.
  • If a user needs to view Jobs to retrieve data or access features such as Measurements or QA Audits, they will not be able to do so without this permission.
