The article outlines the steps to add custom discounts to sales order line items.
FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
1. Step 1 - Change the sales order line status to an editable status
2. Step 2 - With the line highlighted click the edit item button.
3. Step 3 - Change the rep code to the special rep code for that sales rep.
4. Step 4 - Add the discount percentage in the discount field.
Please note that you would require the "Adjust So Com Discount" permission to perform this action.
