FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:

 

1. Navigate to New > Credit Note

2. Click the 'Invoice' button and search for + select the Invoice in question

3. Double Click on the applicable Invoice line 

4. Enter in the units being credited in either the 'Good' or 'Reject' columns


Note: If crediting in to multiple locations, select the three dots and add the applicable locations. Enter in unit for each location.


5. Add in a comment (required field) and any other pertinent information. 

6. Once complete, click on the 'Approve' button to complete the Credit Note process.
