This article outlines the steps to create a ‘Material Stock Warehouse Transfer’ from one warehouse to another from Sync Desktop. Once the Warehouse Transfer has been created, a warehouse transfer ‘out’ must be completed, followed by a warehouse transfer ‘In’. The Out and In transfers can be actioned on Sync Desktop or from the Scanner Application.
FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
1. From within ‘Material Stock’, Click on ‘Warehouse Transfer’
2. Within the ‘Create Stock Warehouse Transfer’ Window, select the Warehouse you are transferring material stock ‘From’ i.e. ‘From Warehouse’
3. Select the ‘To Warehouse’
4. Capture a ‘Description’
5. Apply relevant Filters and select a ‘Search Criteria’ e.g. ‘Cost Type’
6. Click ‘Search’
7. Click the Tick Box to select the Stock to be included in the Transfer
8. Capture a ‘Comment’
9. Click ‘Accept’
