This article outlines the steps to ‘Change the Status of an Inbound Shipment’

 

FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:

 

1. From the Sync Toolbar, Click on ‘Search’

2. Select ‘Product Stock Inbound Shipments'

3. Within the ‘Search Inbound Shipments Window’ apply relevant Filters

4. Enter a Search Criteria and Click ‘Search’

5. Click ‘Select’ to select the In Shipment to Change Status For

6. Within the ‘In Shipment Window’, Click on ‘Status’ 

7. Select the applicable Status

8. When prompted, Select ‘Yes’ to change the Status

9. Click ‘Close’ to close the Shipment
