This article outlines the steps to create a ‘Non Stock Invoice’ for a Raw Material Stock Sale.
FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
1. From the Sync Toolbar, Click on ‘New’
2. Select ‘Invoice’
3. Click on ‘Customer’
4. Within the ‘Search Customer Window’ enter Customer Name and Click ‘Search’
5. Select Customer
6. When ‘COD Customer’ Notification populates Click ‘Ok’
7. Within the ‘Invoice Items’ Section ,Click on the ‘Non Stock’ Icon i.e. $ icon
8. Within the ‘Non Stock Item’ Window, Select ‘Type’
9. If Prompted, Select a ‘Rep’
10. Click on the ‘Binoculars’ within the ‘Job’ field and Select a Job to link item to
11. If required, capture a ‘Discount’
12. Capture ‘Units’
13. Capture ‘Price’
14. If required capture a ‘Comment’ within the ‘Non Stock Item’ Window
15. Click ‘Ok’ to add item to the Invoice
16. Click ‘Approve’
17. When prompted, Select ‘Yes’ to ‘Approve’
18. Select ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to Print Invoice
