In System: number of items which were listed in that location in Sync prior to starting the stock take
Scanned: total number of items scanned into that location regardless of if:
- Items were scanned into the location listed in Sync or another location.
- Items of the incorrect cost sub type were scanned.
- Items scanned are from divisions excluded on reporting.
- Items scanned are listed as out of stock in Sync.
