The article outlines the steps to update a Sync Users Password in Sync Admin.
FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
From within the Sync Home Screen, click on the ‘File’ Icon.
Click on ‘Admin Portal’.
Click on 'Users' in the menu pane.
Right-click the user you wish to update and click 'Set Password'.
Change the password as required.
Click 'OK'.
NOTES:
Roles will need to have the permission 'Manage Users' in order to update passwords.
Users should reset their own password once the new password has been set via the drop down menu in the top-left of the Sync Home Screen.
