This article outlines the steps to duplicate a Product Purchase Order (PPO). This function is commonly used to top up units for a replenishment Product or Style, saving time and ensuring consistency.
PURPOSE
To enable users to quickly replicate an existing Product Purchase Order for repeat or replenishment purposes, reducing manual entry and maintaining consistency in procurement data.

FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
1. From the Sync Homepage, Click on Search
2. Select ‘Product Purchase Orders’
3. Apply relevant Search Filters
4. Enter a Search Criteria
5. Click ‘Search’
6. Click on ‘Select’ to open the Product Purchase Order to Duplicate
7. Within the Product Purchase Order, Click on ‘Duplicate’
8. Within the ‘Duplicate Product PO Window’, Select ‘Warehouse’
9. Enter ‘Due’ and ‘Ship’ Dates
10. Click Ok
11. Edit details of the PPO where required
12. Change the PPO Status to ‘Approved’ and ‘Issued’
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Ensure all duplicated details (e.g. product codes, dates, warehouse) are reviewed before issuing.
This function is particularly useful when dealing with high-demand or continuity styles.
Editing the duplicated PPO is essential to align with the current procurement plan.
