The article outlines the steps add a Rep/Rep Com against a Customer within the Sync Admin Portal. Note that you will require Admin permission to access Customers.
FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
1. Search for and Select the Customer that you need to add a Rep/s against
2. Within the Customer Window, Click on the ‘Sales Reps’ Tab
3. Click on the ‘Add’ Icon i.e. Green +
4. Within the ‘Add New Rep Com’ Window, dropdown and Select the Rep
5. Add Commission/Discount against the applicable Category/s
6. Click ‘Ok’ or ‘Save and New’ to add an additional Rep/Rep Com
