The article outlines the steps to Edit a Customer within the Sync Admin Portal. Note that you will require Admin permission to access Customers. 

 

FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:

 

1. Search for the Customer that needs to be amended

2. Click on the ‘Edit’ Icon i.e. Pencil

3. Edit the field/s that need to be updated

4. Close

 

Note that any amendments autosave when you close.
