The article outlines the steps to add a Product within the ‘Admin Portal’ of Sync. It is important to note that you will require permission to access the ‘Admin Portal’ of Sync.
FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
1. From within the Sync Home Screen, click on the ‘File’ Icon
2. Select ‘Admin Portal’
3. Click on ‘Lookups’
4. Scroll to and Select ‘Product Types’ or use the ‘Search’ field to search for ‘Product Types’ then select
5. Click on the ‘Add’ icon. This will add a new row
6. Capture a Code i.e. This can follow sequentially from the last product or you can add a unique product code
7. Capture a ‘Description’
8. Click off the field
9. Click ‘Refresh’
