How to Manually add Units to a FG Stock Take Draft Print

The article outlines the steps required to manually add a unit count to SKU's in the Stock Take Draft

Note: If the Stock Take draft is in 'Await Completion' you will first need to move to Editing

FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:

1. Search for SKU's

2. Click in the Draft units column

3. Enter in the units counted

4. If Zero Units are found check in the 'confirmed' box for the SKU

5. Move Stock Take Draft to 'Await Completion' to prevent further edits

6. Close the Stock take window

TIP: You can reopen the Stock Take until it is 'Completed' from Search > Product Stock Takes
