The Direct Transfer function is commonly used in scenarios where finished goods need to be transferred from one job to another e.g. Transferring a style from one season into another. This article outlines the steps to do a product stock direct transfer.
Note that the product and sizes must be the same for the transfer from and transfer to Job.
FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
1. From the Sync Homepage, Click on ‘New’
2. Select ‘Product Transfer's’
3. Select ‘Direct Transfer’
4. Within the ‘Product Stock Direct Transfer’ window, Select the ‘Transfer From ‘Warehouse’
5. Click on the ‘Search’ icon in the ‘Job Field’, search for and select the Job to transfer from
6. In the ‘Transfer To’ section, Search for and Select the Job to transfer to
7. Click on ‘Unit Locations’ to populate the ‘Location Editor’
8. Enter units in the units field for the relevant locations
9. Click ‘Accept’
10. Repeat Steps 8-10 for each size to be transferred
11. Capture a Comment
12. Click ‘Save and New’ to complete a new transfer or ‘Save and Close’ to close
