Once physical stock items are checked, you may have identified the need to split a stock item, for e.g. A portion of a roll of fabric is reject and you need to split only that portion from the roll. This article outlines the steps to split a material stock item from within the In Header.
FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
1. From within ‘In Header’, right click and select ‘Split Stock Item’
2. Within the ‘Split Stock Item’ Window, enter the units to ‘Split’
3. Add a comment
4. Click ‘Ok’, this will create a new stock item with the units you entered to split
