The article outlines the steps required to create a new Shipment. Note that this can only be done once the Order has been picked.

 

FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:

 

1. From the Sync Homepage, Click ‘New> Product Shipping> Shipment’ 

2. Search for and select the Pick Ticket

3. Check Shipment details are correct- amend as required

4. Select the Pick Slip to pack

5. Scan items into the correct Carton OR Click 'Drag Mode' to drag & drop

6. View Carton details and amend as required

7. Mark Carton as 'Locked' once fully packed

8. Once all cartons are complete Click on 'Cartons'

9. Add 'Tracking #'

10. Click to print Carton Label

11. Mark Shipment as 'Complete' once all cartons are packed and labels printed

 

 Tips:

- Minimize the shipment header details when adding items to cartons

- Packed Items will turn green

- Resize the 'Cartons' Window for full view all all Catron information as well as the 'Print All Labels' button
