The article outlines the steps to despatch material stock using the scanner app. Once the picking step is completed, the out-header moves into despatch.
PURPOSE
This function allows users to easily scan items to be despatched
KEY BENEFITS
- Efficient and accurate stock despatch process
- Ensures traceability of items before they leave the warehouse
FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
- From within the Scanner App, tap on ‘Despatch’
- Select Customer or Vendor
- Tap the ‘Green Tick’ within the ‘Choose Vendor’ Window
- Tap the applicable ‘Out Header’
- Scan Stock item/s
- When Prompted click yes/no to print despatch note
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Tapping the ‘Back’ Button will revert to the ‘Home’ page
