The article outlines the steps to create a material ‘Picking’ on the scanner app. Once a picking requisition is created, the items to be picked must be scanned from within ‘Picking’
PURPOSE
This function allows users to easily scan items from within Picking and process it into Despatch
KEY BENEFITS
- Streamlines the picking process for orders
- Ensures accurate stock handling before despatch
- Optional printing of labels and picking slips
FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
- From within the Scanner App, tap on ‘Picking’
- Select Customer or Vendor
- Tap the ‘Green Tick’ within the ‘Choose Vendor’ Window
- Tap the applicable ‘Out Header’
- Scan Stock item/s
- When Prompted click yes/no to print labels
- When Prompted click yes/no to print picking slip
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Tapping the ‘Back’ Button will revert to the ‘Home’ page
