Check that the Printer is set up on the scanner, by navigating to Connected Devices in the scanner's settings
Then check that the printer is set as the default print service
To add a printer:
Users can either manually add the printer from its IP Address or search all those on the network
Once set, when printing a picking list / despatch note the PDF should be able to print as below
Sync will then prompt the user to select a PDF Viewer for printing
The PDF will then be displayed and can be printed by selecting the below
The app will then prompt the user to select the desired printer and print
