The article outlines the steps to create a new division template in Sync B2B.


A Division Template is the 'landing' page that reps/agents & customer buyers will see when clicking through on a division.

No products are available on a Division Template but you can link various presentation & external URL's as click throughs for reps/ agents and buyers.

 

FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:

 

1. Click on the Adin icon then Division Templates

2. Click Add

3. Click to add an image (resize image if the display in Showroom is not correct)

4. Specify Division Template Name

5. Select Division

6. Set as Active or Inactive

7. Set as Published or leave unpublished


SETTINGS:


Active: Only 'Active' templates are visible in the B2B Showroom. You can flag a Template as Inactive if you are still confirming details/ design so that it is not visible to Reps/Agents or buyers.

You can have multiple 'Active' templates per division at one time.


Published: Only the Published Template will display in the B2B Showroom. You can flag the Template as 'Published' when all details and design are complete and you want to make it available to Reps/Agents and buyers.

You can only have 1 Published template per division at one time.

*Published Templates can be easily identified in B2B admin by a yellow star


Reps & Customer Buyers will only see the Division Templates for 'Divisions' they have permission to view. If changes to permissions are required contact Sync support.
