The article outlines the steps to flag a product as X Stock in Sync B2B. X-Stock would be considered as stock from previous seasons which you still have on hand and want to sell.
FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
1. Navigate to the Products by clicking the Admin icon and Products
2. Find the required product(s) in the "Published" window using the search filters/advanced search
3. Select the required products ensuring they are highlighted and have a checked check box on the left hand side
4. Products can be marked as X Stock by either:
- Clicking the "X Stock" checkbox for products individually
- Batch Updating products using the Product Details Panel by:
- Select the products required
- Show the Product Details Panel
- Check the X Stock checkbox
- Click the Update button
X Stock refers to products from previous seasons whos original 'sales order window'has closed but you still have stock and want to allow sales. Flaging products as X Stock will allow Quotes/ Orders to be created for the Style regardless of the sales order window set.
